Mary Rose Rodriguez, a Sales and Service Assistant from San Fernando, La Union branch braved the frontlines with her dedication and commitment during the height of the pandemic.  

A few weeks into the lockdown in 2020, Mary Rose knew that her presence in the branch is very much needed. While there were transportation restrictions, she did not let this stop her from reporting to work every day, despite having to bike 20 kilometers to and fro. With her trusty bike, she remained inspired to continue serving clients doing bank transactions at a time when mobility was limited and the situation was beyond normal. 

For her, instead of finding excuses, this is about taking initiative and valuing her job by giving back to the community the service that they deserve. Indeed, this is MAGIS in the time of a pandemic.
