Day 1 – A Celebration of Talent and Creativity

The festivities kicked off as UnionBank launched its first ever UB Got Talent LIVE where 18 performers took the stage and showcased the incredible creativity within the UnionBank community. From powerful vocal performances and dynamic dance numbers to synchronized group routines, the stage came alive with passion and skill. Unique acts such as spoken poetry and on the spot poem making further showed the diverse talents of UnionBankers. The much-awaited anniversary raffle was also done live between performances.

The show reached its peak with a captivating drag performance by Renz Baldovino, who impressed both the audience and the judges. His outstanding performance earned him the title of being the first UB Got Talent Champion. Joining him on the winners list were Arthur Salandanan who claimed second place and Jojo Bernal who secured third place all celebrated for their remarkable performances.

Day 2 Honoring Service Excellence and Shared Values

Day 2 of the Bank Anniversary Celebration marked another milestone with the launch of the inaugural Nexus Awards. The day began with the dignified entrance of colors by the Philippine Army Cadets followed by the National Anthem and a doxology beautifully performed by the UB Chorale Group setting a formal and meaningful tone for the program.

The Service Awards and Nexus Awards ceremonies followed, and the honorees were welcomed and congratulated by UnionBank Executives who warmly recognized the awardees’ unwavering support dedication and contributions throughout their tenure at the Bank.

Among the service awardees was UnionBank President and CEO Ana Aboitiz Delgado who marked her 15th year with the Bank. A milestone that reflects her leadership commitment and continued dedication to UnionBank.

The final part of the program featured the Nexus Awards 2025 which recognized excellence through three Values Based Awards and two Performance Based Awards. Presented by UnionBank Executives, the awards honored top performing individuals and many working teams whose efforts and impact made a difference.
