UnionBankers Strike Up Fun and Friendship in the 2025 Bowling Tournament

On July 19, 2025, UnionBankers gathered at the Mall of Asia Gamepark for a day filled with excitement and friendly competition during this year’s UB Bowling Tournament.
Hosted by UnionBank’s Employee Relations under HR Legal and Governance Unit, both the teams and their supporters came together to cheer for their colleagues as they competed for the title of Best Bowling Team.
The event kicked off with a commemorative first strike from UBP’s Chief Human Resource Officer, Michelle Rubio, followed by a warm welcome and a breakdown of the rules from hosts Mike Minuluan, Atty. Nikki Neil Santos, and Jayson Gabion.
“This event was not merely a competition—it was a meaningful engagement initiative designed to foster camaraderie, promote employee well-being, and strengthen our shared culture.” Said Jayson. “Through activities such as these, we reinforce our dedication to creating an environment where our people feel valued, connected, and inspired.” He added.
After a series of strikes, spares, funny gutter shots, and cheers from the various teams, the winners were announced:
